Alex is responsible for deal sourcing and due diligence for Lightning Cove Ventures, with a focus on hedge funds and direct real estate opportunities. He received a BA from Cornell University and a JD from NYU School of Law, beginning his career in the corporate group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He utilizes his background in complex corporate transactions to apply rigorous analytical precision to the firm's portfolio.

Kate sources and evaluates investment opportunities across private equity, venture capital and energy at Lightning Cove. She applies her persistance and creativity to uncover attractive opportunities for the firm.

Kate holds a B.A. from Cornell University.
